Can we connect with hourly basis?
Yes, our expert team is ready to hire for hourly basis. As per the task, we offer our rate. If some task is individual basis, then rate will be for single talent. If our task is required 2-3 talent combinely, we will provide your the best combined rate.
How the billing process will be?
If the work is a project base, we take 50% in advance to start the work, after finishing the work, the invoice will be sent for the remaining 50%. If the project is hourly basis, we take 100 USD as a security charge in advance. Every week, we will send you an invoice for the total hours.
How you accept the payment?
Will you do NDA contract with us?
Yes, it is essential. Either you can send us the contact document or we will send our standard NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to you. Each service will be confidential. No worry!
Will there be communication gap due to language?
We had completed many projects with chinese company, our customer never faced any issue till now due to language barrier. All communication will be over email and live audio-video chat.
Major issue is timeline, will you be able to complete on time?
Yes sure. Once we will understand your project in detail. As per the task list we will provide you timeline. It is our responsibility to finish on time. If we fail, we are commited to reduce the billing amount. Don’t worry.
Are you accepting bit coin or any cryptocurrency?
No, as of now we are not taking as there are some issues in India related to this.
Can I get full refund, if we don't like design?
We are giving our 100% effort after understanding your each need. Although, if you belive it is not as per your mindset, we can reduce the billing amount. But we can’t give full refund as everyone’s mindset is different for design and all are right from their prospective. So time and efforts comsumed by our resources need some fruits.
